July 2026- John & his crew of merry mechanics*** made sure my first experience at Marble Falls Auto Center was fantastic. Beginning with initially speaking with John on the phone he was clear, concise, funny and friendly. The diagnostic wasn’t going to be quick but it was going to be through. The Communication via text is really great and John kept me in the loop on the diagnostic and timing, as well as giving me very clear information on what was wrong with the car (lots!) and what took priority to fix. Safety first! Approving the work was easy via text/online with the way he laid the info out for me; that includes physically laying the parts on the counter and showing me how decrepit some parts had become when it was time to pick up my car. As far as building trust goes this visit went a loooooong way. I’ll be back for new spark plugs & brakes (&more!) after what a great job they did on the motor mounts and brake flush. Took my Subaru in to get an estimate for door handle repair and tuneup. Part for door was ordered and returned to get door handle fixed. Service was prompt and staff were very professional and friendly. Will be getting my car repairs done here from now on.

I went in there and they gave me details what needed to be done in my car and it told me what was wrong with it. Otherwise they did a great job. They reached out. They made an appointment said everything very polite or respectful Company.

I am so grateful for this auto shop! The staff were so helpful and friendly during a very stressful time for me and my family. After having the serpentine belt in our car rip apart an hour away from our home, I managed to drive the car down the road to this shop before the battery died. They got me checked in and the car inside the shop very quickly. They allowed our two pups to wait inside with us and cool down. They immediately started working on the car and got us back on the road in no time! If the opportunity arises while I am in the area, I will definitely go back!

These guys are awesome! I called at 4pm to ask about getting an oil change for my 2019 Jaguar F-Pace and I was surprised when they told to bring it on in that day. They are very friendly and knowledgeable guys. I will be going back for everything I need for my Jaguar.

My fan wouldn't shut off. I was able to drive by disconnecting the battery when I parked and reconnecting when I drove. That lasted three days before I took it in to Marble Falls Auto. The car died in the parking lot of Marble Falls Auto Center so I'm glad I didn't try to make the hour drive to a Land Rover dealer. They diagnosed the problem quickly but Land Rover was slow shipping the parts. When the parts arrived the car was fixed and wrapped up quickly. They did a great job, were super-friendly and professional. 5 stars. The real lesson is don't live an hour from the dealer where they service the car, but that's another story.

Ever since they fixed the throttle control on my car it works better. The one they put in was better than it was when it was OEM. Responsiveness was even better after the fix, I can tell because I back into my garage and used to hate getting the front end over the bump.

Had a front end alignment done here and they worked me in quickly and I didn’t have to wait too long for the service to be done. Just got this done but the truck handles well and feels like it drives better but need more time on the road, overall they did a great service for me.

Reliable, knowledgeable. They took care of my car within a very short time. Because of my disability this is the only car I can drive because it is equipped with hand controls. The car runs great. They very kind and respectful.

Very kind, thorough, and patient with all my questions/concerns. They were able to easily identify what as wrong with my vehicle. It was a little costly but that’s expected with anything car related, unfortunately.

I want to say Thank you for working on my truck. Took it because I had over 102000 miles on it. I wanted them to do checks brakes and service the transmission fluids. Great job to everyone. Friendly and kept me updated on the work and when it was done. I highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service! Took my vehicle in for front end alignment because of poor tire wear. They checked the alignment and it was perfect, so issue was the tire. When I asked to pay for the inspection there was no charge since they didn’t have to adjust. I still wanted to pay for their time spent and the owner wouldn’t let me! That’s great customer service! You don’t see that often these days. I will be back for sure!

John at Marble Falls Auto Center was my 5th stop after a recommendation from Auto Zone. In the last year, I wasted thousands on unnecessary repairs with less than competent mechanics. John / Tyler quickly diagnosed my exhaust / other issues and had repairs completed quickly. I feel that I’ve finally found a reputable mechanic who understands communication and customer service!
